• Ability to comply with 14 CFR Parts 91 and 135 and manuals.
• Residency within two hours callout of KCXO or willingness to relocate.

We are seeking a disciplined, service-minded Captain to serve as PIC on a Cessna Citation C525 based at KCXO in Conroe, Texas. Operating within our safety-focused culture, you will deliver confident, compliant flights for a worldwide client base and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command on the C525 based at KCXO, executing all flights in strict accordance with 14 CFR Parts 91 and 135, FAA regulations, and aircraft manuals.
• Exercise proactive, sound operational decision-making that prioritizes safety, compliance and passenger confidence.
• Plan, brief and conduct missions with precision and professionalism, maintaining transparency across cockpit, cabin, management and maintenance teams.
• Uphold an exceptional customer service standard while managing evolving operational and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a current First-Class Medical and all required currency and training for PIC operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate; ATP or ATP-CTP accepted toward ATP eligibility.
• Current and valid First-Class Medical.
• Total time: 2,500 hours; PIC: 500 hours; Multi-engine: 500 hours.
• Instrument: 150 hours; Turbine: 100 hours; Night: 100 hours.
• Ability to understand and comply with 14 CFR Parts 91 and 135, FAA regulations and aircraft/equipment manuals.
• Strong organizational skills, priority-setting and proactive decision-making under dynamic conditions.
• Outstanding customer service mindset and professional communication.

• Residency within a two-hour callout of KCXO (or willingness to relocate).

Licenses: ATP (unrestricted or restricted acceptable).

Preferred & Nice-to-Haves

• Current CE-525 type rating and currency strongly preferred.
• Local candidates with appropriate rating/currency are preferred.
• Prior Part 135 PIC experience.
