Job summary

Insurity seeks a strategic Chief Information Security Officer to lead our enterprise security program, aligning risk management with business objectives and regulatory requirements. This role will drive HIPAA compliance, AI governance, and a robust incident response posture across a growing SaaS platform.

The CISO will partner with Legal, Product, and IT leadership to translate security into business value, manage third‑party risk, and communicate effectively with the Board and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, IT, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years in information security, with 5+ in a leadership role.
• Experience in SaaS/cloud environments and regulated data (HIPAA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise security strategy and governance.
• Oversee security operations, incident response, and risk management.
• Drive HIPAA/compliance programs and third‑party risk management.
• Lead AI security governance and responsible adoption initiatives.
• Communicate security posture to Board and executives.
