• Assist customers' technical support requests by applying technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues across technologies such as SD-WAN.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, engineering, and internal teams to drive resolution and improve quality, submitting bugs and issues to Engineering.
• Mentor peers and team members, leverage TAC AI capabilities and diagnostic tools to support quality and efficiency.
