Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One year of computer technology experience.
• Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirement.
• Must have certification in Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
• Preferred candidates should have at least one year of documented experience instructing or supervising in a professional office setting.
• A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Instructors provide technical instruction per approved curricula.
• Deliver training and guidance to help students reach technical goals.
• Develop lessons aligned with curriculum guidelines and suggest improvements.
• Assess and document student progress using CIS and other systems.
• Maintain a safe, organized training environment.
• Support student assessment panels and related reporting.
