Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to customers, employees, and visitors in retail store locations and at company events.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash, credit card, coupon, refund, exchange, and gift certificates.
• Fulfill and process online orders, including domestic and international shipments.
• Assist customers with product selection, merchandise inquiries, and general retail support.
• Receive, stock, organize, and merchandise inventory to maintain a well-stocked retail environment.
• Implement price changes, markdowns, and promotional displays as needed.
• Support retail operations during air shows, company events, and other off-site activities.
• Assist with inventory management activities, including cycle counts, quarterly inventories, and year-end inventories.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation.
• Prepare daily sales reports and assist with month-end reporting requirements.
• Investigate and resolve cash drawer discrepancies while maintaining accurate transaction records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment that reflects the Cirrus brand.

Overview

The Retail Intern will provide exceptional customer service by greeting each customer, fostering a friendly atmosphere, having proper knowledge of merchandise both in the physical store and on the website, and offering assistance to customers.Interns with a background or pursuing a degree in graphic design will also be considered and encouraged for this role for assisting in new designs for clothing and products.

Responsibilities

Additional Requirements:Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check.Must be able to complete entire duration of internship.
