Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Washington State or MLS endorsement.
• BSN is preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS, NALS, PALS, TNCC or NRP certifications as required by the facility.
• Specialty certification preferred.
• One year of acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating continuously.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and costs.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and staff.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting diverse patient backgrounds.

Education

Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or MLS

Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred

Current BLS Certification

ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP as required by department

Specialty area certification preferred

One year of acute care experience preferred
