• Oversee equipment to ensure it is kept in good working order.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure timely repairs.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts in all areas of responsibility.
• Achieve department targets and maintain safety as a priority.
• Assist in accident investigations and report to Plant Safety Committee.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
