Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Circuits Implementation Engineer to join the Digital Custom Group, helping design and manufacture next‑generation high‑performance, power‑efficient SoCs like M2 and A16 Bionic.

You will drive PPA targets across process nodes and collaborate with SRAM and custom circuit teams to bring new devices to market. You will work across the full design cycle—from feasibility to GDS—defining specifications, tracking dependencies, and delivering SRAMs and other custom designs on

Qualifications

• BS and a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in SoC design cycle, custom circuits and SRAM/Register File for low power/high performance.
• Knowledge of cache design, memory hierarchy, and scripting is a plus.

As part of our Digital Custom Group (DCG) you and your team will apply engineering/process/technology fundamentals to define the PPA targets for next set of SOCs/products. In the implementation engineer role you will also track the PPA targets & development of all the custom/SRAM designs throughout the design cycle from feasibility to GDS. Pay & Benefits

At Apple base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $132300 and $241500 and your base pay will depend on your skills qualifications experience and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
