Minimum Qualifications:

1. At least three years of specialized experience providing a thorough knowledge of the principles, policies, practices, and theories of supervisory library management.
2. Preferably, at least ten years of legal library experience with demonstrated management and supervisory skills in public service or business, offering a comprehensive understanding of organizational, procedural, and human aspects in managing a complex organization.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

• Understanding of library operations and management concepts.
• Experience with integrated library systems (e.g., SIRSI), Westlaw, Lexis, and Bloomberg Law.
