Qualifications

• Must pass vision test; color vision required.
• High School Diploma or GED.

• Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, bills of material, and work instructions.
• Perform self‑inspection using IPC/J‑STD workmanship criteria.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and quality verification activities.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.

Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) Hand Solder Technician - Level 2 (Finance)

As a Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) Hand Solder Technician - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will spend approximately 90% of your time performing fine-pitch hand soldering, component installation, and rework on circuit card assemblies (CCAs) used in aerospace applications. This position requires advanced soldering skills, the ability to work under a microscope, and successful completion of a hands‑on soldering assessment during the interview process.

In this role, you will be required to complete formal J‑Std solder training. Hand soldering or process equipment experience is recommended. You will rely on work instructions and pre‑established processes to perform the functions of the job and will report to a supervisor with direction from a workflow specialist.

You will report directly to our supervisor and you'll work out of our Glendale, AZ location on an On‑site work schedule.
