Insituform Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing/Wetout Technician to prepare CIPP liner per customer specifications, stage, wrap, load, and secure for transport, and operate related equipment.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork; requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to pass drug test and background check, and prior construction or installation experience; offers a competitive salary and full benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal history background check.
• Previous experience as Construction Laborer or Installation Technician
• Must be a self-starter.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure, including whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Cure-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) liner according to customer specifications.
• Handle all aspects of CIPP liner preparation, including staging, wrapping, loading, and transport.
• Mix chemicals that require wearing a respirator.
• Follow safety standards and environmental procedures.
• Operate wet out or truck conveyors, static mixers, and related equipment safely.
• Load wet out tube in totes or trucks.
• Communicate with team and management about safety, quality, or other work aspects.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5's guidelines.
