Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Manufacturing Technician/Laborer to support curing and installation of CIPP liners in a fast-paced setting. Monday–Friday, 7a–5p with overtime; pay is $20/hr. Responsibilities include liner prep, loading, safety compliance, and teamwork to meet customer specs.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare CIPP liner according to customer specifications.
• Stage, wrap, load, and secure liner for transport.
• Mix chemicals requiring respirator use.
• Install tube using winch, truck, backhoe, crane or similar equipment.
• Cure resin product with inflation tube and related gear.
• Stage and load wetout tube into totes or trucks.
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• Keep a clean, organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with team and management on safety and quality.
