Socket.dev is seeking a CIP Technician (1st Shift AWS) in Germantown, WI. The role focuses on maintaining sanitation standards within food processing facilities and performing Master Sanitation Schedule tasks.

Reporting to the Sanitation Manager, you will perform CIP cleaning on filling machines, ensure cleaning documentation is up to date, and adhere to HACCP/GMP procedures while working with limited supervision and a strong team ethos.

Responsibilities

• Perform CIP cleaning of filling machines and production equipment.
• Clean walls, floors, ceilings, vents, piping, and exterior equipment surfaces.
• Safely handle chemicals, sanitation tools, and steam-driven hot water hoses.
• Respond to sanitation emergencies including spills and tank cleaning.
• Operate ladders, scaffolding, scissor lifts, and COP tanks.
• Perform chemical titrations and transport chemical drums as needed.
• Follow HACCP, GMP, PPE, and all food safety procedures.
• Complete sanitation documentation and maintain cleaning records.
• Participate in training, meetings, and team activities.
• Work independently while maintaining high-sanitation standards.

Position Overview

This role plays a key part in ensuring food safety, quality, and compliance throughout the facility.
