Job summary

The role requires CIP system experience, attention to detail, and ability to follow SSOPs. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 1–3 years in sanitation in a food or beverage setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• 1–3 years sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CIP systems strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, GMPs, and sanitation practices.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs, SSOPs, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize equipment per SSOPs.
• Operate and monitor CIP systems with correct chemical concentrations, temperatures, flow rates, and cycle times.
• Disassemble/reassemble equipment for COP (Clean-Out-of-Place) where required.
• Maintain sanitation logs, CIP records, and verification documentation.
• Identify and report sanitation deficiencies, equipment issues, or food safety risks.
