Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field with 3 years related experience; OR
• Any equivalent combination of education, experience and training (min 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Oversee project design from scope through completion, including review and vendor selection.
• Prepare and execute Capital Improvement Projects and Facilities Operational Projects.
• Manage project budgets, expenditures, and contract changes.
• Perform analyses and prepare project estimates.
• Complete related technical assignments and on-call duties nights/weekends.
