City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Chief Information Officer to lead technology strategy, data analytics, and cybersecurity across a 100+ location network. You will shape the information systems roadmap, oversee a team including a Data Engineer and IT PM, and drive measurable ROI on tech investments.

The role requires 10+ years in tech leadership, 5+ in a senior executive position, and experience with multi-unit franchises or distributed B2B models.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of technology leadership with at least 5 years in C-suite roles.
• Experience in multi-unit/franchise or distributed B2B operations.
• Proven CRM and ERP platforms at scale (Dynamics 365, Business Central).
• Strong BI, data architecture, and analytics-based decision support.
• Agile/Scrum project delivery; executive project oversight.
• Cybersecurity, data governance, and multi-state compliance expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Own the information systems roadmap aligned to growth across 115+ territories.
• Lead core tech stack: Dynamics 365 CRM, Business Central ERP, Power BI, and related platforms.
• Drive AI, predictive analytics, and automation to boost franchise performance.
• Develop data analytics capabilities for real-time decisions across the network.
• Oversee cybersecurity and data governance across 100+ locations.
• Manage tech budget with CFO; demonstrate ROI on investments.
• Advise executive team on technology trends and competitive differentiators.
• Represent tech strategy to franchisees and governance bodies.
