Job summary

PDI is seeking a Chief Information Officer to lead IT strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and data governance across FDA/EPA-regulated manufacturing environments. The role focuses on aligning technology with business goals and leveraging AI to drive growth and efficiency.

The CIO will oversee ERP, infrastructure, cloud services, analytics, and IT governance while guiding budget, talent development, and vendor management to ensure compliance and reliability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive information technology leadership experience.
• Minimum 8 years in senior leadership roles overseeing enterprise technology functions.
• Experience supporting FDA/EPA regulated manufacturing, medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer products, or other highly regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise IT and digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead all technology operations, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, ERP, data analytics, and end-user support.
• Evaluate, implement, and govern AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve productivity and customer experience.
• Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to align technology initiatives with strategic priorities.
• Establish IT governance, policies, SLAs, and security controls.
• Oversee lifecycle management of enterprise systems and budget planning.
