Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership with senior executive experience.
• Experience delivering AI initiatives and data-driven transformations.
• Proven ERP migrations or cloud transformation programs in live environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, API ecosystems, data architecture, and security frameworks.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, PCI-DSS and related regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Craft and drive a multi-year technology roadmap with clear ROI.
• Modernize legacy systems with cloud-first approaches while maintaining continuity.
• Lead digital commerce, customer experience, and data analytics initiatives.
• Oversee cybersecurity, compliance, and enterprise security posture.
• Mentor and build a diverse, high-performing IT team and manage vendor relations.
