The CIO will unite enterprise strategy with digital transformation across HBS IT, HBS Online, and Harvard University IT, amplifying innovation while engaging diverse stakeholders. This role is based on the HBS campus in Boston with a broad impact on the school's academic and operational priorities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years IT experience with executive leadership.
• Enterprise strategy or large-scale digital transformation experience.
• Experience with AI, enterprise data, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
• Leadership across decentralized or highly matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise IT strategy aligned with institutional goals.
• Lead digital transformation across IT, HBS Online, and Executive Education.
• Align and amplify innovation across school initiatives and external partners.
• Engage faculty, administrators, technology professionals, and senior leaders as trusted partners.
• Advise on deploying AI and digital platforms to support research and teaching.
