Job summary

TeraWulf is seeking a commercially minded Chief Information Officer to lead the enterprise technology, data, and digital operating platform, enabling AI and HPC infrastructure. Reporting to the CTO & Co‑Founder, the CIO will set the technology strategy across systems, analytics, automation, and operations.

The CIO will build scalable standards, modernize platforms, and partner with the CISO to ensure security and resilience, leading a high‑performing team across multi-site campuses.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• Experience with hyperscale, AI infrastructure, HPC, or data centers.
• Experience in a public company or highly regulated environment.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise technology strategy aligned with growth and capital priorities.
• Define enterprise architecture, technology standards, governance, and integration strategies across infrastructure, applications, cloud services, collaboration platforms, and data ecosystems.
• Advise executive leadership on technology investments, operational resilience, transformation initiatives, and emerging technologies.
• Establish technology portfolio management processes prioritizing business outcomes, scalability, and investment transparency.
