Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks a Vice President-level leader to advance its CIO Advisory practice in the United States. You will guide strategic technology programs, shape go-to-market plans, and expand the client base within Financial Services. This role focuses on transforming technology architectures, operating models, and post-merger IT redesign.

You will lead sales and delivery, mentoring teams and building senior client trust to deliver measurable business value and resilient technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive CIO advisory project experience across technology strategy and operating model redesign.
• Proven track record leading senior-level discussions with CIOs/CXOs.
• Experience in computing due diligence and IT implications in M&A events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow CIO advisory go-to-market in Capgemini Invent.
• Sell and deliver management consulting projects for Financial Services clients.
• Develop target IT designs post-M&A, TSA planning, and transition execution.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver digital transformation at scale.
