Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Rotating schedule including days, afternoons, rotating weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to maintain positive working relationships with guests and fellow team members.
• Previous restaurant, bakery, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Take guest orders accurately and efficiently.
• Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions.
• Create a positive experience that encourages guests to return.
• Prepare and serve Cinnabon products according to recipes and standards.
• Balance the cash drawer and process payments.
• Keep displays stocked and clean; restock supplies as needed.
