Qualifications

• A portfolio that shows storytelling with arc, emotion and point of view.
• Fluency with current generative AI tools used in production.
• Ability to maintain a cohesive visual world across shots/scenes.
• Curiosity to push tools beyond their current limits.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with directors/producers to turn a shared vision into generated imagery.
• Develop and iterate on AI-generated characters, environments and sequences.
• Own the generative layer from concept to final output in the pipeline.
• Maintain aesthetic consistency across long-form features and episodic work.
• Experiment with emerging tools while knowing when to skip them.
• Thrive across formats from short social content to long-form projects.
• Move quickly within real production timelines without sacrificing craft.
