Qualifications

• Proven customer service and leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or cinema required.
• Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced, guest-facing setting.
• Strong judgment, communication, and coaching skills; commitment to NCG's mission and mindsets.
• Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, and holidays); must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily theater operations, including open/close routines and cash handling.
• Lead by example; maintain a welcoming environment for guests and staff.
• Coach and supervise Crew Members and Crew Leads.
• Monitor and maintain all guest-facing areas ensuring exceptional cleanliness and safety.
• Execute accurate shift documentation and inventory management.
• Address guest concerns personally and ensure service recovery.
• Motivate the team to reach service, sales, and performance goals.
