Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Write and publish showtime schedules to optimize theater space.
• Manage ushers and turn teams to ensure high customer service standards.
• Oversee film setup and presentation, ensuring technical specs are met.
• Inspect facilities and equipment; address maintenance issues promptly.
• Coordinate screenings and events with programming teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor box office and attendance; analyze data for improvements.
• Enforce safety policies to guarantee a safe guest/staff environment.
• Maintain relationships with distributors and industry partners for promotions.
• Stay current with industry trends to enhance the cinema experience.
