Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures' Makwa Cinema is hiring a part-time cashier. You will greet guests, operate the point-of-sale system, and handle cash with accuracy. The role requires maintaining a clean workspace, informing teammates on shift changes, and ensuring accurate pricing and displays.

Ideal candidates are 16+, capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced cinema environment, and comfortable with standing for long periods while providing friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Must be able to read, analyze and interpret safety and instruction documents.
• Able to count money and give correct change.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to stand and perform checkout and cleaning tasks as needed.

Responsabilités

• Greet and serve guests in a courteous manner and upsell products.
• Operate POS, accept payments, and balance the cash drawer at shift end.
• Maintain a neat, clean, well-stocked work area and assist with cleaning duties.
• Communicate important information to associates on the next shift.
• Ensure prices and displays are correct and compliant with policies.
• Participate in regular store meetings and help with other duties as assigned.
