Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or distribution sectors.
• Proven ability to originate revenue and build executive relationships.
• Experience partnering with private equity and lenders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Cincinnati-region growth strategy for mid-market clients (manufacturing, distribution, logistics).
• Build relationships with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, private equity groups, lenders, attorneys and industry associations.
• Identify and originate new business opportunities across multiple service lines.
• Translate client pain points into multi-service solutions with internal teams across advisory services.
• Represent the firm at industry events and strengthen brand within key industry ecosystems.
