Job summary

The CIN Coordinator supports the Assistant Vice President of Population Health & Value-Based Operations, Director and Manager, coordinating projects to ensure CIN goals are met. Works with hospital administrators, physicians, and Medicare beneficiaries to represent the department and health system.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, Florida driver's license, strong communication skills, and 5 years of experience. Bilingual English/Spanish desirable; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Bachelors of science required.
• Florida Driver's License (Class E Non-Commercial) required.
• MBA or related master's degree preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish desirable.
• Excellent communication, writing, public speaking and people skills.
• Strong organizational and time management with problem-solving能力.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Access preferred.
• 5 years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize projects to meet CIN goals.
• Interact professionally with coworkers, hospital admins, physicians, and patients.
• Support operations of the CIN and align with Baptist Health South Florida goals.
• Develop and monitor action plans; adapt to organizational changes.
