Binny's Beverage Depot in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking a Full-Time hourly Cigar Warehouse Associate to support the cigar department and warehouse staff. The role emphasizes organization, accuracy with invoices, and attentive handling of products.

Duties include processing orders, receiving, staging, packing, shipping, data entry, and maintaining warehouse safety. Candidates should be 21+, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and capable of lifting 40–50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays, as scheduled.
• Ability to count cash and make change accurately.
• Ability to operate business machines and some basic computer systems.
• Ability to pass any applicable alcohol training class and maintain a current certification card.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 40-50 pounds.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and managers.
• Ability to follow directions and complete assignments.
• Ability to write legibly.
• Ability to read small type.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to repeatedly walk up and down stairs.
• Ability to work in cold areas.
• Ability to work hours as scheduled.
• Consistent and regular attendance.
• Possess strong organizational skills and great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process orders using invoices and making accurate notes.
• Receiving, staging, packing, and shipping of the products as needed.
• Ability to accurately enter data and filing of invoices.
• Maintenance and safety of the warehouse.
• Have clear and constant communication with supervisors.
