Job summary

Community Action Pioneer Valley, Inc. in Greenfield, MA seeks a CIES Program Coordinator to lead the Competitive Integrated Employment Services program serving families. The coordinator will train and supervise staff, oversee data collection, track outcomes, and drive quality improvement.

Responsibilities include building relationships with employers, coordinating internships, ensuring grant compliance, and occasionally working evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient computer skills including MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and supervision for Career Navigators to support job readiness.
• Track participant outcomes and maintain program records.
• Establish and maintain relationships with employers and training providers.
• Back up Career Navigators during absences.
• Utilize trauma-informed care and Positive Youth Development approaches.
• Monitor progress and report data; complete required reports.
• Identify barriers to employment and connect to services.
• Travel throughout Western Massachusetts as required.
