Duluth Cider LLC is seeking a friendly, energetic Taproom Bartender to join its growing hospitality team. This part-time role requires weekend and late-night availability in Duluth, MN, and offers entry-level wages with benefits and opportunities for growth.

You will greet guests, pour and promote our ciders, maintain a clean, safe space, and work with a small team to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Prior experience and TIPS certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to work late nights and weekends.
• Attention to detail and strong multitasking.
• Ability to relate to people from all walks of life.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• TIPS certification (available upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Learn and promote our cider options.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Independently complete taproom opening and closing procedures.
• Greet guests and communicate what to expect.
• Report to work on time.
• Communicate with customers to meet expectations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to taproom patrons.
• Resolve customer complaints about quality and service.
• Maintain a positive and friendly work environment.
• Attend monthly team-building meetings for service training.
• Keep bar and storage areas clean and organized.
