Job summary

Endless Orchard is seeking a Press and Packaging Lead in Wenatchee, WA. This full-time role focuses on cider production, including pressing, packaging, and equipment maintenance, with a hourly pay range of $20–$25 depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, able to troubleshoot, lead a small on-site team, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across pressing and packaging operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in cider, wine, beer, or beverage production.
• Mechanically inclined with equipment operation and troubleshooting ability.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Be available to work Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Manage pressing sanitation, process, and equipment maintenance.
• Oversee packaging, including canning, kegging, sanitation, and maintenance.
• Observe equipment to prevent/diagnose problems and improve efficiency.
• Maintain preventive maintenance programs, SOPs, and training documents.
• Maintain records of production metrics and report performance to management.
• Ensure pressing and packaging meet Endless standards.
• Lead team during pressing and can packaging; promote teamwork.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and operate forklift/scissor lift safely.
