Endless Orchard Cider is seeking a Press and Packaging Lead in Wenatchee, WA. This full-time role focuses on managing cider pressing and can packaging, ensuring top-quality output, and leading a production team on a fast-paced floor.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in beverage production, mechanical aptitude, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. This position reports to the Cider Operations Manager and offers a 40-hour work week with a competitive hourly salary.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in cider, wine, beer, or beverage production.
• Mechanically inclined with equipment operation experience and troubleshooting ability.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal, reading, and written skills.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced and growing company.
• Positive, strong work ethic and self-starting attitude.
• Be available to work Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Manage pressing and can packaging processes to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to optimize processes and maintenance.
• Lead the team on the production floor during pressing and packaging.
• Maintain records of production metrics and reporting to management.
• Promote teamwork and effective communication across departments.
