Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior food retail or grocery management experience required
• Experience with P&L Reporting
• Ability to lead a multi-dimensional operation
• Strong verbal and written communication and merchandising skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations to provide the highest level of customer service
• Oversee product merchandising and stock levels through ordering
• Decide on sales floor promotions, displays, pricing and advertising
• Maintain store signage and ensure product quality and freshness
• Research new products based on data and trends
• Lead hiring and staff scheduling for 25–250+ employees
• Coordinate with shipping/receiving, bakery, marketing, and finance teams
• Ensure safety, compliance, and training across shifts
