Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) is seeking a Nursing Clinical Coordinator to lead Medical/Telemetry patient care areas, ensure nursing standards, and coordinate care delivery systems. The role requires a BSN and 3 years of related nursing experience, with BLS certification renewal as needed.

The coordinator will oversee staffing, interface with support and clinical services, and participate in development of care delivery operations.

Formación

• Bachelor of Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• 3 years related nursing experience; BSN preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct line management and leadership for all Medical/Telemetry patient care areas.
• Ensures proper standards are followed for nursing practice and interface between support services and clinical services.
• Facilitates care delivery system development and operation, including staffing and professional delivery of services.
• Must be present for twenty percent of staffing needs as they arise.
