Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Engineering Manager II to lead CIAM design and delivery for key clients. You will oversee end-to-end CIAM engagements, architect capabilities across Transmit Security, Ping Identity, Okta and ForgeRock, and guide teams through secure, scalable implementations.

You will advise on balancing security, privacy, and user experience, manage risks and timelines, and foster senior client relationships while contributing to Deloitte's CIAM offerings and reusable assets.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, IT, Finance, Business, or related fields.
• 7+ years of industry experience; 7+ years in Identity and Access Management.
• 2+ years hands-on customization experience with Transmit Security and Ping Identity.
• Ability to travel 25–50% on average; immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of CIAM solutions aligned to client objectives.
• Manage end-to-end CIAM engagements: requirements, design, development oversight, testing, deployment, support.
• Architect CIAM capabilities across platforms (Transmit Security, Ping Identity, Okta, ForgeRock).
• Advise clients on security, privacy, and UX across digital channels; translate needs into scalable CIAM plans.
• Oversee delivery teams, manage quality and risks, coordinate with stakeholders.
• Build senior client relationships and contribute to Deloitte's CIAM offerings and assets.
