Job summary

Deloitte Global is seeking a skilled IAM/CIAM professional to develop, implement and support identity, access control and authentication systems. The role collaborates across teams to define future vision and ensure secure access to Deloitte applications.

Candidates bring 5+ years in CIAM, hands-on Java (J2EE), and experience with PingAM/PingIDM, OAuth/SAML/OIDC, LDAP, Docker, and Kubernetes. On-call duties are required in a global on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience with CIAM vendors (Azure Entra Id and Ping Identity).
• 2+ years' hands-on Java development (Java/J2EE).
• Experience customizing PingAM UI and writing scripts.
• Experience building Java components using PingAM/PingIDM SDK for production.
• Hands-on IAM/CIAM product installation and configuration.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Experience with LDAP and directory services, app servers, and networks.

Responsibilities

• :Develop and support systems that manage digital identities, access controls and authentication processes.
• + Define future vision for identity management across business units and ensure secure access.
• + Participate in 24x7x365 on-call rotation.
