Job summary

State Street Corporation seeks a Cloud Identity Engineer to join the Cloud Platform Engineering team. You will design, implement, and monitor automated CIAM solutions for workforce, customers, and partners in the cloud.

Responsibilities include evolving identity lifecycle management, evaluating new technologies, testing features, and assisting auditors and third-party vendors. The role emphasizes automation, governance, and secure access across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• CIAM experience in regulated SaaS environments.
• Automation and scripting skills using Python or PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor automated CIAM solutions at scale for workforce, customers, and partners.
• Evolve identity lifecycle management processes for humans and automation accounts.
• Evaluate and implement new identity technologies to improve authentication strength.
• Test and operationalize new features on existing platforms.
• Proactively identify opportunities and gaps in technologies and processes.
• Fine-tune Conditional Access policies and Customer Authentication Extensions.
• Assist external auditors with CIAM questions.
• Manage third-party vendor engagements such as auditors and penetration testers.
• Participate in projects to enhance Cloud Security beyond CIAM.
