Job summary

Roskam Foods is seeking a Continuous Improvement professional to lead enterprise-wide CI initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and Canada. The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, project management, and coaching teams to deliver sustainable process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in CI, Lean and Six Sigma certification, and a proven ability to mentor staff while delivering measurable cost savings and productivity gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement or process engineering.
• Lean and Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate CI projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI tools.
• Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop actionable solutions to address performance gaps.
• Train and coach employees at all levels on CI methodologies and tools.
• Monitor and report on project outcomes, including cost savings, productivity gains, and quality improvements.
