The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a CI Lead Intern for our Delimex hourly operation. The role partners with Operations, Maintenance, Quality and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery and cost, using Lean/Six Sigma and structured problem-solving.

You will lead hands-on improvement projects, develop standard work, coach teams, and support data-driven decision making on the plant floor.

Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma experience or familiarity with structured problem solving.
• Willingness to become Centerline/QRMP qualified within set timelines.
• HS Diploma with technical training; degree not required but preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing and streamlining processes to enhance efficiency.
• Lead hands-on improvement projects including 5S and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Provide administrative and operational support to plant/operations teams.
• Create and manage action plans aligned to priorities.
• Develop One-Point Lessons and coordinate training as needed.
• Participate in internal audits, safety and sanitary design activities.
