KBR's National Security Solutions is seeking a CI Team Lead for a government customer in the Northern Virginia area, supporting CIO IT efforts for Counterintelligence missions. Lead a team of contractors, manage technical, engineering, and administrative tasks, and brief leadership on progress and milestones.

Requires active TS/SCI clearance, 8+ years in IT/O&M project leadership, and a Bachelor's in CS or related field with 4+ years managing IT programs.

Qualifications

• Current and active Top Secret / SCI security clearance.
• 4+ years of experience managing IT/O&M projects for government or enterprise.
• Experience providing materials for senior leaders (strategic papers, options analyses, executive briefings).

Responsabilités

• Manage, plan and direct the execution of contractual, technical, engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative efforts of the team.
• Brief leadership on program progress, status, and milestones.
• Be the primary interface to the customer on technical and project issues; supervise and evaluate personnel.
