You will lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives across the EMS locations, partnering with Operations and Engineering to drive productivity, quality, and cost reduction through standardized processes and data-driven decision making. The role requires strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, plus experience with KPI dashboards, ERP/MES systems, and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering/ops field.
• Six Sigma Black Belt with proven success leading complex improvement projects.
• Green Belt with 5+ years Lean/Six Sigma experience.
• EMS or high-mix, low-volume contract manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proven success implementing Lean Manufacturing systems with measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TOC, and Operational Excellence methodologies.
• Experience developing business intelligence dashboards and performance reporting systems.
• Strong understanding of ERP, MES, manufacturing analytics, and digital manufacturing technologies.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, coaching, and project management skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the EMS Division CI strategy across locations.
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve productivity, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Identify waste and variation reduction opportunities across operations.
• Establish standardized CI methodologies and governance across EMS sites.
• Promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Lead Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen events; drive cross-functional workshops.
• Run time studies, capacity analyses, and workflow optimization.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting; integrate ERP/MES/QA systems.
• Coach cross-functional teams; ensure sustainable improvements.
