Fogo de Chão in Los Angeles seeks a skilled churrasco cook to prepare and grill traditional Brazilian meats, following authentic procedures and meeting guests' requests.

You will maintain the grill area, present dishes in gaucho style, answer questions about churrasco, and participate in shift duties while upholding the brand's warmth and standards.

• Season and grill food according to prescribed traditional method and to guests’ specific requests.
• Portion, garnish and present to patron in style of Brazilian "gaucho."
• Answer guests’ questions concerning "churrasco"-style food and represent and convey Brazilian "gaucho" culture and demeanor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the grill area.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Compensation

This position has a fixed rate of $18.42 and is also eligible to receive tips. Additional details regarding tips will be made available during onboarding or upon request.
