Fogo de Chão in Massachusetts is hiring servers to deliver a memorable dining experience through attentive guest service and knowledge of our menu. You will engage with guests, explain offerings, and coordinate with the kitchen and fellow team members to ensure smooth service.

We welcome individuals who can work weekends and holidays and handle fast-paced conditions while maintaining hospitality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile, make eye contact, and use a friendly verbal greeting.
• Pull each guest's chair and lay the napkin in their lap.
• Present menu and answer questions regarding menu items and preparation methods.
• Take and serve beverage and dessert orders and relay special meat requests to the churrasqueiros.
• Place orders with Cashiers for processing and payment.
• Assist other Servers in their areas and complete shift duties.
