Fogo de Chão is looking for an energetic server to welcome guests, present menus, and explain dishes with flair. You will take beverage and dessert orders, relay special requests to the kitchen, and support fellow team members during high-volume service.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to greet guests with a smile and make eye contact.
• Knowledge of menu items and preparation methods to answer questions.
• Ability to communicate guest requests to kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them promptly with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Present menus, explain dishes, and answer questions about items and preparation methods.
• Take and relay beverage and dessert orders; communicate special requests to cooks.
• Assist other servers as needed and handle closing/beginning shift duties.
• Maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction throughout shifts.
