Job summary

Keystonechurch in Keller, Texas, is seeking a Production Associate to support the execution of production for Young Adults, Students, and Kids ministries. You will manage service playlists, coordinate production environments, and assist with ministry events.

The ideal candidate has a background in live production, an understanding of AVL systems, and strong organizational and communication skills. Work hours are Sunday to Thursday with flexibility for evenings and special events.

Qualifications

• Experience in live production (church or event setting preferred).
• Working knowledge of audio, video, and lighting systems.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute AVL production for Young Adult services, Students services, and Kids environments.
• Build, manage, and maintain all service playlists across the church.
• Coordinate weekly set‑up of production environments across ministries.
