Job Summary
The Partnerships and Communications Coordinator provides vital support to the Church Partnerships team by managing operations, strengthening partner relationships, and coordinating communications. This role combines administrative excellence with relational care, tracking partners from first connection to long-term engagement, supporting their needs with resources and communication, and ensuring they feel valued. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, relational, and ministry-focused.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in communication, business, marketing, public relations and/or 4 years of experience working in a non-profit or church ministry context.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); familiarity with Salesforce, Mailchimp, Canva, and willingness to learn other platforms.
- Experience managing partner relationships, customer/member care, or church engagement.
- Ability to analyze data and generate clear, actionable reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience creating newsletters, blogs, or other engaging content.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with pastors, church leaders, and volunteers in a relational, ministry-minded way.
- Research skills with the ability to summarize findings effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and track progress in a project management context.
- Familiarity with ROI measurement and data-driven decision-making in nonprofit or ministry settings.
- Professional, approachable, and adaptable demeanor that reflects the mission and values of Save the Storks.
