SitterTree is seeking dependable child care providers to support churches in Norfolk, Virginia, in nurseries or Children’s Ministry programs during services, group meetings, special events, and more through the SitterTree app. There are multiple days and times available throughout the week, making this a great opportunity for caregivers looking for flexible work.

Jobs pay $20/hour. You make your own schedule and decide when and where you would like to work.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must be willing and able to complete and pass a background check.
• Previous child care experience as a babysitter, nanny, church nursery worker, daycare, preschool, or early learning center teacher, etc.
• Experience with infant and toddler care including diaper changing, naptimes, bottle feeding, etc.
• Strong understanding of child development
• Patient, kind, and nurturing
• First aid/CPR certified, including pediatric

Responsibilities

• Work in nurseries or Children’s Ministry during services and events.
• Set and follow your own schedule; choose one or multiple shifts.
• Care for infants and toddlers, including feeding and nap times.
• Provide dependable, nurturing supervision to children.
