Berean Baptist Church, MN seeks a Business and Finance Manager to oversee accurate financial records, budgets, and policies. This role reports to the Managing Director of Church Operations and collaborates with the Finance Ministries Team to ensure timely reporting and fiscal integrity.

Formación

• 6-8 years accounting experience or degree in accounting, business administration, or finance
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a non-profit setting with strong knowledge of accounting for non-profit organizations
• Proven background in developing cash flow projections
• Proven abilities in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, and administration
• Knowledge of payroll reporting requirements

Responsabilidades

• Maintains and ensures financial records are accurate and properly recorded
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Lead budget development and forecast financial position
• Supervise finance department staff
• Coordinate with CPA firm for annual financial review and audits
