• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of non-profit accounting and donor IRS restrictions.
• Experience with nonprofit payroll and benefit setup.

Responsibilities

• Manage all financial reporting and maintain books and records.
• Monitor cash position and accounts payable; oversee payroll operations.
• Coordinate annual budget process and ministry budget review.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local laws and tax reporting.
• Oversee insurance (property/liability, workers' comp, health).
• Prepare monthly financial reports and present to Finance Committee.
• Report financial status to church leaders via bulletin, website, and meetings.
